Our thin crust pizza is made from fresh dough into a pizza shell by the best bakery in the country. It is NOT frozen and has a shelf life of 10 days. This is why our crusts are fresh every week as we do more pies than anyone can imagine. It ALWAYS has the same consistency for 50 years. We have a secret pizza sauce that we enhanced by making it from scratch with fresh ingredients. Our cheese is also top of the line.
